Below, you’ll find the Methodic Guideline, offering practical strategies and tips for educators, and the Leadership Games, engaging tool designed to make learning dynamic and fun. These resources are tailored to foster communication, decision-making, self-confidence, and other soft skills in an interactive and impactful way.

Leadership Games

The collection of games is aimed for teachers of students aged 11-16 to develop their leadership skills and interpersonal competences, including understanding EU values and developing students’ awareness. Each game is associated with one or more competences that is improved. These seven competences are listed below and in the top right corner of each game. An important element is the reflective questions for the students that can be found at the end of each game and which can lead to further discussions, awareness and thus growth for the whole class. Most of the games are designed to be done in class – offline, while some are designed to be “playable” online and offline.
